Official Announcement：Launch of the ‘Red Dash 818% Quantum Road’ Cooperative Investment Project

Deerpath Capital Management (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the official launch of the Red Dash 818% Quantum Road project, following the execution of a strategic cooperation agreement with WealthGuide Co. Ltd.

This project is a jointly designed strategic investment model and is available exclusively to qualified investors who meet the participation requirements. Investment funds are managed through foreign investor accounts held in the name of Deerpath Capital Management, with Kiwoom Securities providing comprehensive account management, transaction execution, and independent third-party custody services.

All transactions are conducted through Kiwoom Securities’ official systems within the South Korean capital market. Investor funds are deposited into segregated third-party custody accounts and are fully separated from the assets of WealthGuide, ensuring a high level of fund security and transparency. The project has been jointly reviewed and approved by Deerpath Capital Management, WealthGuide, and Kiwoom Securities, and is conducted under the regulatory supervision of the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS).

All fund management, trading strategies, and risk control procedures have completed compliance reviews in accordance with applicable financial laws and regulations, including the Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business Act.

There are no subscription or upfront fees for participation. Investment funds remain in investors’ individual securities accounts, and performance-based compensation is applied only when profits are generated. A total of 15% of profits is allocated in accordance with market practices, including operational costs, personnel expenses, securities service fees, and social contribution activities.

All participants are required to comply with strict confidentiality and security guidelines regarding trading strategies and fund operations. Any unauthorized disclosure or actions may result in immediate termination of participation and potential legal liability.

As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, Deerpath Capital Management, WealthGuide, and Kiwoom Securities allocate a portion of project profits to social welfare and charitable initiatives.
